Pan-African Legal Notice

By creating an account, depositing funds via mobile money or bank cards, or submitting orders on SocialBoost Africa, you enter into a legally binding agreement governed by the digital commerce regulations of Kenya, Nigeria, South Africa, and international electronic contract standards.

1. Scope of Service & Intermediary Role

SocialBoost Africa operates as a high-velocity wholesale social media marketing (SMM) gateway connecting digital agencies, content creators, business owners, and resellers directly to global fulfillment server clusters. We do not own, control, or operate third-party social media platforms (including Instagram, Meta, TikTok/ByteDance, YouTube/Google, X/Twitter, or Telegram). Our obligations are strictly limited to the automated delivery of promotional marketing packages (followers, views, likes, watch hours, channel members) according to the parameters specified in each catalog service.

2. Account Registration & Security

  • Zero Password Policy: SocialBoost Africa will NEVER ask for your social media account passwords, login credentials, or two-factor authentication codes. Fulfillment requires solely your public social media profile handle or public post URL.
  • Account Confidentiality: You are responsible for safeguarding your SocialBoost Africa client portal login and API secret key. Any orders submitted using your credentials are deemed authorized by you.
  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent in your domestic African jurisdiction to open an account.

3. Order Placement & Fulfillment Rules

  • Public Profiles Only: Target social media accounts and posts must remain strictly public throughout the duration of order fulfillment. Setting an account to private before or during delivery voids service completion and prevents automated verification.
  • Accurate URL Formats: Orders must be placed using valid, exact target links (e.g., https://instagram.com/username or https://tiktok.com/@username/video/12345). Submitting corrupted or incorrect URLs is non-refundable once dispatched to the server cluster.
  • No Overlapping Simultaneous Orders: You agree not to place two simultaneous orders for the same target link with overlapping quantities until the first order has fully reached "Completed" or "Partial" status. Doing so disrupts start count tracking and will result in inaccurate delivery counts.

4. Delivery Speeds & Drop Rates

While SocialBoost Africa strives for instant activation, delivery speeds vary by network congestion, package Tier, and platform algorithm changes. Delivery speed estimates in our service descriptions are guidelines, not absolute guarantees. Slight natural follower attrition ("drops") may occur over time due to platform algorithm sweeps. Services labeled with the Refill badge are covered by our automated 30-day refill guarantee.

5. Mobile Money & Domestic Payment Rails

Deposits processed via domestic African payment switches—including Safaricom M-Pesa (Kenya), MTN Mobile Money & Telecel (Ghana, Uganda, Cameroon, Côte d'Ivoire), NIBSS virtual bank accounts (Nigeria), Wave (Francophone Africa), and Ozow Instant EFT (South Africa)—are credited automatically to your account balance. Account balances are strictly non-transferable to other users.

6. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Strict Anti-Fraud Enforcement: Any fraudulent payment reversals, unauthorized mobile money claims, or bank card chargebacks initiated without prior support ticket resolution will result in immediate permanent account termination, cancellation of pending services, and blacklisting of the user's IP and payment details across our continental network.

7. Prohibited Uses & Content Guidelines

SocialBoost Africa services may not be used to promote: hate speech, violence, cyber-harassment, political disinformation or election manipulation, illegal substances, adult explicit content involving minors, or unauthorized copyright infringement. Accounts discovered violating these standards will be terminated immediately.

8. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall SocialBoost Africa, its directors, employees, or wholesale API partners be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from platform algorithm suspensions, shadowbans, or account restrictions imposed by third-party social networks. Users employ promotional engagement at their own discretion.

By registering an account, depositing funds, or submitting orders through SocialBoost Africa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Policies.
