Technical standards, rate limits, webhooks, and terms for panel resellers and agencies.
The SocialBoost Africa REST API v2 allows external SMM panels, digital marketing software, and e-commerce platforms to automate order submission, status retrieval, and balance inquiries programmatically.
Your API key grants direct access to place orders using your SocialBoost Africa wallet balance. You must keep your API key confidential. Never expose it in client-side code (such as public JavaScript or GitHub repositories). All requests must be transmitted via HTTPS POST with the key and action parameters.
Our API gateways enforce a standard rate limit of 120 requests per minute per API key. Resellers requiring higher throughput for high-volume automated sync may request a tier increase by contacting our technical team at api@socialboost.africa. Script loops that exceed rate limits will receive HTTP 429 status codes and may experience temporary throttling.
Resellers have complete autonomy to set their own retail prices, package names, and profit margins when reselling SocialBoost Africa services to end customers. SocialBoost Africa remains completely white-label; we do not contact or market to your end clients.
Resellers may trigger automated refills programmatically using the action=refill endpoint with the original order ID. The API will respond with either a refill ID or an appropriate status error if the order is outside the 30-day coverage window.
By registering an account, depositing funds, or submitting orders through SocialBoost Africa, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms and Policies.
