This Refund Policy applies to all purchases made on socialboost.africa. We are committed to resolving all delivery issues fairly and promptly. Please read this policy in full before placing a dispute or requesting a refund.

Eligible Refund Cases

You are entitled to request a refund in the following circumstances:

  • Order not started within 72 hours
    If your order has not begun processing within 72 hours of the estimated start time shown at checkout, you may request a full refund.
  • Order permanently stuck in processing
    If your order status has not changed for more than 72 hours and our support team confirms it cannot be completed, you are entitled to a full refund.
  • Significantly under-delivered
    If the final delivered quantity is less than 90% of the ordered quantity and the order is marked as complete, you are eligible for a partial refund or top-up for the shortfall.
  • Duplicate charge
    If you were charged twice for the same order due to a payment gateway error, we will refund the duplicate charge in full within 48 hours.

Refund Methods

When a refund is approved, it is issued as account credit — added instantly to your Social Boost Africa wallet balance so you can reorder right away.

We do not issue cash refunds or reversal payments back to your original payment method. All approved refunds are credited to your account balance.

Refill Guarantee

Many of our services include a "Refill Guarantee" — meaning if your follower/subscriber/like count drops after delivery, we will automatically or manually top it back up to the ordered amount at no extra charge.

The refill window begins from the order completion date, not the order placement date. Drops outside the refill window are not covered.

Refills only cover natural drops. We cannot guarantee against drops caused by platform algorithm updates, account restrictions, or content that violates platform guidelines.

Non-Refundable Cases

The following situations are explicitly excluded from refund eligibility:

  • Order already delivered — Completed orders cannot be cancelled or refunded due to a change of mind after delivery has begun.
  • Wrong URL entered by customer — If you provided an incorrect profile or post URL, the order is not eligible for refund even if the service was delivered to that URL.
  • Account set to private after ordering — If your account was made private after placing the order, preventing delivery, a refund is not guaranteed. Make your account public immediately to allow redelivery.
  • Platform-initiated drops after refill window — Drops occurring after the stated refill guarantee period ends are not covered.
  • Account banned by the social platform — If your social media account is suspended or banned by Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, etc., we cannot refund services already delivered prior to the ban.

How to Request a Refund

To submit a refund request, follow these steps:

Provide your Order ID (found in your account dashboard under "Orders"), your registered email address, and a description of the issue.

Our team investigates your order within 24 hours and confirms whether a refund or redelivery applies.

Credit is applied instantly — your account balance is topped up immediately and you can use it to reorder right away.
Refund requests must be submitted within 14 days of the order placement date. Disputes older than 14 days may not be eligible for refund.

All approved refunds are applied as account credit. There is only one processing time:

Chargebacks

Initiating a chargeback with your bank or card provider without first contacting our support team is considered a violation of these Terms of Service and will result in:

  • Immediate permanent suspension of your account
  • Forfeiture of any remaining account balance
  • All active orders being cancelled without refund
  • Potential legal action to recover losses
🚫Always contact our support team via Live Chat before raising a dispute with your bank. We resolve the vast majority of issues within 24 hours without needing a chargeback.

Reseller Refunds

Reseller accounts (those accessing our services via API or through a reseller account) are subject to the same refund eligibility rules as standard customers, with the following additional considerations:

  • Resellers are responsible for managing refund disputes with their own end customers independently.
  • We do not interact directly with resellers' customers regarding order issues.
  • Reseller account credits issued as refunds can be used for any future orders on our platform.
  • Fraudulent refund abuse by resellers will result in API key revocation and account termination.
